At Foodchain, Ed's tenure from January 2018 to January 2021 included positions as Head of Operations, where Ed oversaw operations for a growing marketplace, and Supply Lead, focusing on supplier sourcing and technology adoption. Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Newcastle University, graduating with a 2.1 in 2017.
