Lara Dragonetti currently serves as a Digital Marketing Intern at UKG beginning in May 2024 and holds the position of Director of Development at BOLD Agency since July 2023, where involvement includes organizing experiences such as networking events and client interactions. Additionally, Lara acts as the Director of Digital at BOLD Agency FIU, overseeing the Photography and Film team in creating content for various clients. Previous experience includes a Sales Associate role at Boca Tanning Club and a Digital Marketing Intern position at Newlink®. Early experience as a Summer Camp Counselor at Camp La Llanada involved leadership and team collaboration while caring for campers. Lara is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Florida International University, with an expected graduation in 2025.
