Eleonore Zahlen is a seasoned legal professional specializing in intellectual property, business law, and data protection. As the Founder & Partner at BOLD since January 2018, Eleonore supports startups with personalized legal guidance and advice on various business matters. Eleonore has been actively involved in the ACE - Avocats, Ensemble, serving as Co-President of both the Growth and Innovation Commission and the Software and Digital Commission since January 2016. Prior legal experience includes roles as an independent attorney for startups and SMEs, an attorney at 11.100.34 Avocats Associés, and hw&h Avocats & Rechtsanwälte, with a strong focus on innovation, e-commerce, and intellectual property litigation. Eleonore has also contributed to academia as a lecturer at EDHEC Business School, teaching on legal aspects of entrepreneurship and intellectual property. Educational qualifications include a CAPA from EFB, a DEA in Intellectual Property Law, an LL.M. from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, and a Maîtrise in Business Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
