Ellen Coopmans is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief People@ Officer at bol.com since September 2018, Ellen plays a pivotal role in the largest online retailer in the Netherlands and Belgium. Prior to this, Ellen was an Entrepreneur and Partner at Droomfabriek, an organizational consulting firm focused on enhancing organizational relevance through leadership transitions. Previous positions include Head of HR at Rabobank Netherlands and HR leadership roles at Unilever and KPN.
