Tomasz H. has extensive experience in engineering and project management, primarily in technology and production environments. At Ortofon A/S, from September 2015 to November 2023, Tomasz served as Senior Technical Manager, leading technology project activities, engaging in technology scouting, and overseeing the implementation of technology into the product portfolio. Prior roles include Process & Prototype Engineer at Ortofon, where responsibilities encompassed material sciences technology and process optimization, and Process Engineer at MpicoSys Solutions BV, where projects involved the development and implementation of new technologies and quality supervision. Earlier positions included Project Coordinator at Steel Protection and Project Leader at Plastivaloire. Tomasz holds two Master's degrees from Gdańsk University of Technology, one in Management and Economics and another in Chemical Technology.
