Keri Lightfoot, MBA, has extensive experience in customer service and management within the paper and waste management industries. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist III at Clearwater Paper Corporation since July 2017, Keri previously held the position of Customer Service and Business Systems Support Manager at Boise Paper, a division of PCA, starting in 2006 and continuing to the present. Keri's career also includes roles as a Customer Service Manager at Kanto Corporation (1998 - 2006) and Customer Service and Marketing Manager at Columbia Resource Company (1992 - 1998). Early career experience includes a promotion from Customer Service Representative to Sales Representative at Chemical Waste Management (1988 - 1991). Keri holds a Master of Business Administration in Management and Leadership from George Fox University (2013 - 2015) and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Oregon (1981 - 1985).
