Thomas Galligan currently serves as the Permit Manager at Bohler Engineering, a position held since February 2014, where expertise in Permit Expediting is utilized to enhance the experience for builders in land development. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from the New York Institute of Technology between 2002 and 2006.
