Lody Damerja is an experienced professional in the milling and production industry, currently working in the Production division at Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk's Bogasari Flour Mills since November 2023. Prior to this role, Lody held positions including Shift Miller at Unigrain and Production staff at Cargill Cocoa & Chocolate, Inc. Experience also includes serving as Production In-Charge at CV. Cahaya Gemilang, focusing on plastic waste processing, and as Assistant Manager at Mustafamesindo Flour Mills. Earlier career roles feature positions such as Miller and Production Supervisor at Golden Grand Mills and Cerestar Flour Mills, where responsibilities included optimizing milling processes and equipment management.
