Lena Hampe is an experienced professional in sustainability and business consulting, currently serving as Head of Sustainable Business Solutions at bofest consult GmbH since February 2024. Previously, Lena held the position of Sustainability Consultant Lead for the Construction Industry at ClimatePartner, where leadership of consultancy projects and development of climate action solutions were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes roles as a Lecturer at Leuphana Universität Lüneburg, Project Development Coordinator for Greentable e.V., and Project Manager for the Green Fashion Challenge App at the Centre for Sustainability Management. Lena's educational background includes a Master of Science in Management & Business Development & Sustainability Science from Leuphana University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Management from the International School of Management.
