Simone Randolph, MS, currently serves as the Deputy Director of Digital Strategy at the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, overseeing the agency's external website, internal communications, branding initiatives, and social media strategy. Previously, Simone held the position of Lead Digital Media Strategist at the Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement, where responsibilities included developing a consistent brand voice and leading creative teams. Simone's experience also includes serving as a Press Officer for the U.S. Department of Labor, where recognition included the DOL 2020 Secretary’s Honor Award, and as a Communications Coordinator at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, focusing on strategic communications and digital content management. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Agribusiness Advisor for the Peace Corps, where efforts targeted food insecurity and small business development. Simone holds a Master of Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oregon.
