Dion Janssen has over 17 years of work experience in various roles related to procurement, logistics, operations support, and facilities management. Dion started their career at ABP in 2004 as a trainee in the facility department. After that, they joined Vodafone Germany in 2006, where they held several roles including locatie coördinator, contract manager, and manager of facilities vendor management, responsible for managing facility vendors and contracts for all Vodafone employees in Germany. In 2017, Dion joined Boels Rental as the manager of facilities and car fleet, where they oversaw the management of vehicle fleets and facilities for 5 business units across 18 countries. Dion was later promoted to director roles, responsible for the logistics, operations support, and procurement of used equipment for Boels Group. Throughout their career, Dion has demonstrated expertise in managing contracts, project management, and optimizing facility utilization.
Dion Janssen completed a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management at Hogeschool Zuyd (Maastricht, Heerlen, Sittard) from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained an MBO in Facility Management from Arcus College Unit GDW from 2001 to 2004.
