Michelle Reinke Neblett is an experienced professional in health care and labor policy, currently serving as the Director of Health Care Policy at Boeing since March 2017. Neblett previously worked as a Professional Staff Member for the U.S. House of Representatives and spent nearly nine years at the National Restaurant Association as Senior Director of Labor & Workforce Policy, where responsibilities included the implementation of the 2010 health care law. Earlier experience includes serving as Associate Director of Legislative Affairs for the National Cattlemen's Beef Association, advocating for the cattle and beef industry on various legislative issues. Neblett earned a Bachelor of Arts in Special Studies with a focus on Urban Policy from Franklin & Marshall College.
