Prior to this role, Lathan worked as an Electrical Engineer at Jacobs from February 2017 to July 2019. With previous experience as an Electrical Design Engineer at BRiC Partnership, LLC and as an Electrical Engineering Intern at Azimuth Energy and Watchtower Security, Lathan has a strong background in electrical engineering.
