Ed Schulte has extensive experience in the field of architectural design and the preservation of industrial heritage. Currently serving as an Aanduwer and former senior advisor at BOEi since October 1997, Ed also established AResearCH, focusing on the redesign and consultancy for the adaptive reuse of industrial heritage. Notable past contributions include serving on the board of the Nederlandse Stichting Erfgoed Kranen and participating in the SG Commissie "Erfgoed in ijzer en staal." As an educator, Ed taught at HBO+ Restauratie HvU and TU/e, emphasizing building technology and industrial archaeology. Ed's previous roles include advising at the Rijksdienst Monumentenzorg and working as an architect in various firms. Ed completed architectural studies at the Academie van Bouwkunst and HTS Bouwkunde.
