Sanjay Srivastava is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources at Boehringer Ingelheim since June 2014, Sanjay previously held the position of Associate Director of Human Resources at AstraZeneca, where responsibilities included managing HR as a business partner and overseeing Learning & Development and Organization Development for India. Prior to AstraZeneca, Sanjay was the HR lead for multiple sites at Freescale Semiconductors Inc and also managed compensation and benefits at AOL. Sanjay began a career in human resources at Cognizant Technology Solutions and holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis International University and a B Pharm in Pharmacy from Jadavpur University.
