Monica Sancho is an experienced professional with a strong background in content management and archival processes. Currently serving as the Content Management Team Lead at Boehringer Ingelheim since June 2018, Monica previously held several key roles at La Vanguardia Ediciones, including Head of Archive, Newsroom Project Coordinator, and Coordinator of the Historical Archive digitization project. Monica's expertise encompasses managing content management systems, defining information flows, and overseeing large-scale digitization projects. Additionally, Monica contributed to academia as an Associate Professor of Documentación Periodística at Universitat Abat Oliba. Educational qualifications include a University Degree in Library & Information Studies from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, a Graduate Certificate in Information Systems from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, and a Bachelor’s degree in Library & Information Studies from Universitat de Barcelona.
