Marjorie REVERDY currently serves as the Head of Quality Control at Boehringer Ingelheim, overseeing six QC laboratories and managing a team of 100 individuals including eight direct reports. With extensive experience in production management, Marjorie previously held the position of Head of Active Ingredients Production, responsible for around 12 production labs and leading 140 staff members. Marjorie has been accountable for production planning, performance management, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing. Earlier roles at Merial, a Sanofi Company, included leadership in industrial operations for R&D projects and technical support for manufacturing sites, utilizing methodologies such as DMAIC and Six Sigma. Marjorie holds a degree in Biochimie from INSA Lyon and has maintained a Green Belt Certification since 2008.
