Kelley Troccolo, MSOL, has extensive experience in human resources, having served in various roles at Boehringer Ingelheim since March 2003, including Associate Director of Local HR Services & Compliance and Head of Employee Central & Time Administration. Prior to this, Kelley held managerial positions in customer service at Kendro Laboratory Products and United States Surgical Corporation, demonstrating a strong background in both HR and customer service management. Kelley earned a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications & Human Relations from Western Connecticut State University.
