Fernando Ricci is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) within the pharmaceutical and animal health sectors. Currently serving as a Senior FP&A Manager and Head of Animal Health Finance at Boehringer Ingelheim since July 2013, Fernando oversees FP&A for Animal Health in Brazil, managing the annual Zero-Based Budget process, and driving performance on key financial indicators. Previously, Fernando led FP&A for Human Pharma across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, and held various finance roles at other companies, including operations cost controlling and budgeting. Fernando holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from ESAMC.
