Claudia Panitz has extensive experience in roles related to clinical documentation and quality management capabilities. Claudia is currently working as a Team Lead at Boehringer Ingelheim, where they started in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Engagement Manager at Tata Consultancy Services from February 2022 to August 2022. Before that, they were employed at Dr. Falk Pharma GmbH as an in-house consultant and project manager, focusing on eDMS systems and processes in clinical research and regulatory affairs from May 2021 to December 2021. Claudia has also held various roles at Novartis, including Head of eDMS Center of Excellence/Regulatory Readiness from September 2017 to October 2021 and Head of Archival and Regulatory Readiness from February 2017 to October 2021. Claudia's earlier experience includes being the Head of Document Management at Sandoz from October 2014 to January 2017 and working as a Business Project Manager and Process Specialist at Boehringer Ingelheim from September 2007 to September 2014. Claudia started their career as a Medical Writer at Amersham in January 2003.

Claudia Panitz obtained their 3. Staatsexamen in Veterinaries from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München between 1995 and 2002. Claudia also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in IT in Healthcare from Universität für Weiterbildung Krems. Additionally, Claudia has a certification as a Certified Project Manager from the International Project Management Association.
