Maggie Natell is an experienced group fitness instructor, currently employed at BodyROK and AQUA STUDIO NY since 2018 and 2017, respectively, specializing in aquacycling in a salt water pool for total body workouts. Prior to this, Maggie served as an assistant to the Vice President of Sales at Ruby Rox from 2013 to 2015, where responsibilities included preparing presentations, managing inventory logistics, and organizing showroom displays. Early in the career, Maggie was a lifeguard at Sleepy Hollow Golf Club from 2010 to 2013 and completed an IT Communications internship at Viacom in 2012, contributing to departmental web content and internal communications. Maggie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the State University of New York Cortland.
