Rick Davison has extensive experience in maintenance engineering and management roles. Rick most recently worked at Bodycote as the Head of Maintenance Engineering starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Regional TPM Manager at Masoniteā„¢ from May 2021 to March 2023. From November 2018 to May 2021, they worked at Sherwin-Williams as the Maintenance Engineering Manager. Rick also held maintenance management positions at MI Windows and Doors from January 2015 to June 2018, and at Trinity Industries, Inc. from October 2012 to June 2015.

Rick Davison attended Wartburg Central High School from 1993 to 1996, where they studied General subjects. Rick later pursued higher education at Columbia Southern University from 2013 to 2017, majoring in Business Administration and Management, with a general focus.
