James Franklin, CMQ/OE (ASQ), is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in thermal processing and metals service industries. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Bodycote Thermal Processing since October 2012, Franklin previously held similar roles at Bluewater Thermal Solutions and Steel LLC. As the owner of Franklin Management Systems, expertise in ISO 9001-2008 implementation and quality assurance systems was developed. Additionally, Franklin served as Quality Assurance Manager at Samuel Son & Co;. Ltd, where quality management systems were designed for multiple divisions. James Franklin earned a degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Mohawk College and completed training at Langevin Learning Services in 2005.
