Barış Telseren has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Barış started their career in 1999 at Ford Motor Company as an Import Purchasing Specialist, where they worked until 2002. Barış then joined ISTAS Bursa as a Factory Manager from 2002 to 2006. Barış's next role was as the General Manager for Turkey at Bodycote, where they worked from an unknown start date until 2014. Barış then progressed to become the Vice President for Eastern Europe (South). From 2019, they served as the Senior Vice President for Eastern Europe at Bodycote, before recently being appointed as the Executive Vice President for Emerging Markets in May 2022.

Barış Telseren obtained a BSc in Metallurgical Engineering with a minor in Economics from Middle East Technical University between 1992 and 1998. Prior to that, they attended İzmir Atatürk Lisesi, although no degree or field of study is specified for this period.
