Arnaud LEGAY has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Arnaud started their career as a Commissaire de la Marine in the Marine Nationale from October 1986 to February 1988. Arnaud then worked as a Senior Financial Auditor at PwC France from June 1988 to February 1992. Arnaud later joined GEC ALSTHOM T&D as a Business Analyst, where they consolidated 70 units and wrote the Financial manual of the division, from February 1992 to July 1996. Following this, they became a Financial Controller at Lennox International, overseeing the finance department and implementing US GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley 404, and sales recognition rules, from August 1996 to June 2005. Arnaud then served as CFO at Becker Industrie, where they established and managed subsidiaries in Spain and the United Arab Emirates, from June 2005 to August 2009. Currently, Arnaud is the Vice President Finance Western & Southern Europe at Bodycote, responsible for finance controlling of 34 plants within five sub-divisions and acting as the Finance Executive for various legal entities from September 2009 onwards.

Arnaud LEGAY completed their education at ESSEC Business School from 1983 to 1986, earning a Diploma in Finance. In 1991, they obtained a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from DESCFF. In 2013, Arnaud LEGAY attended Euro Symbiose to study Lean - Six Sigma, although the degree name is not specified.
