Richard Boele is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director at World Boccia and the Chief Purpose Officer at KPMG Australia, where also holds the title of Partner at KPMG Banarra, focusing on Human Rights & Social Impact Services. As Chair of Boccia Australia, Richard oversees the national sports organization dedicated to promoting inclusivity in sports up to the Paralympics. Additionally, Richard is an Industry Fellow at The University of Queensland, contributing to joint projects and guest lecturing within the Centre for Social Responsibility in Mining. Richard's previous roles include Director of the UNGC Network Australia and Managing Director of Banarra, alongside board member positions at AccountAbility and involvement with Amnesty International UK and The Body Shop International in human rights initiatives. Richard graduated from Macquarie University with a degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
