William Hill's work experience began in 2014 at Florida Atlantic University as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, where they instructed lab sections and demonstrated various laboratory skills. In 2016, they joined Boca Biolistics, LLC as a Senior Data Manager/Group Leader of Data Operations. In this role, they implemented quality control procedures, analyzed inventory, and developed disease panels. William later became the Director of Biospecimen Solutions, where they oversaw initiatives, managed projects, evaluated inventory, and assisted with marketing initiatives.

William Hill received their Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Florida Atlantic University, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. William then pursued a Master's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences at the same university from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Biotechnology from Florida Atlantic University in August 2013 and in Emergency Medical Technician-Basic from Palm Beach State College in September 2009.
