Richard Bulman is an experienced professional in global business development and logistics, currently serving as the Global Business Development Manager at BOC International since March 2009. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Ocean Product Manager at Expeditors International from 2004 to 2009 and served as District Manager at Mitsui OSK Lines from March 1994 to August 2004. Richard earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, with additional studies at the University of London at Ealing in 1987.
