Caroline Michael Asiala (she/her) has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to 2022. Caroline Michael began their career as a Summer Intern for the State of Michigan Department of Environmental Quality in 2013. Caroline Michael then held several roles at Alma College, including Community Service Intern, Teaching Assistant, Chair of the United Nations Environment Programme Commitee and Conference Mentor, and Research Assistant for the Biology Department. In 2015, they held roles at Asylum Access as a Leadership Associate, Special Projects and Communications Lead, and Communications and Development Intern. Caroline Michael also held a role as a Project Coordinator and Group Facilitator at Extreme Response International and a Tutor and Programs Coordinator at Fundación ALDEC (Alianza para el desarrollo, la educación, y la cultura). In 2018, they served as the CEO of BCentrico and a Strategist at Céntrico Digital (acquired by Uhuru Network in December 2021). Currently, they are a Digital Marketing Manager at Bobtail and a Strategist at Uhuru Network.
Caroline Michael Asiala obtained a BA in Environmental Health from Alma College between 2011 and 2015. Caroline Michael has since obtained additional certifications from a variety of institutions, including Coursera, University of Victoria, UNIR - La Universidad en Internet, HubSpot, and HubSpot Academy.
