Michael Reinhardt has over 17 years of experience in various roles at Bobcat Company and Doosan Bobcat Inc. At Bobcat Company, they started as an IT Analyst and progressed to become a Siebel System Administrator. Later, at Doosan Bobcat Inc., they served as the Global SharePoint and Collaboration Manager, followed by the Telematics Strategy Manager. Currently, at Bobcat Company, they hold the position of Director of Product Management - Digital Business, where they are responsible for driving product strategy and portfolio, focusing on customer satisfaction and revenue targets. Michael is passionate about people development, exploring new technologies, and creating new revenue streams.

Michael Reinhardt attended North Dakota State University from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems. In 2021, they obtained a certification in "Improving Your Conflict Competence" from LinkedIn.
