Roman Fenner is a dedicated research technician currently working at The Duke Human Vaccine Institute since July 2022. In addition to this role, Roman serves as a Young Adult Ambassador and Patient Support Group Leader for the Bobby Jones Chiari & Syringomyelia Foundation, a position held since July 2020. Previous experience includes acting as an Undergraduate Researcher and Student at Davidson College from August 2018 to July 2022, as well as serving as a Summer Welcome Event Student Leader. Further, Roman gained practical experience as a hEDS Research Intern at the Medical University of South Carolina from May to August 2021 and completed multiple internships at GENETWORx in 2020. Roman holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Davidson College, awarded in 2022.
