Lauren Fenner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and support. Since January 2019, Lauren has served as a Customer Success Manager at Webconnex, an event software company. Prior to this, Lauren held various leadership roles including Customer Support Team Lead at GivingFuel and RegFox (2020-2022), Chapter Administrator at the Entrepreneurs' Organization, and Director of Partnerships and Events at HaneyBiz. Early career roles included administrative positions and member services at Life Time, as well as involvement in athletics and event management at San Joaquin Delta College. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Jessup University.
