Madison Picard has a diverse background in customer service and sales, currently serving as a Front Desk representative at element by Westin Las Vegas Summerlin since August 2019 and as a Sales Associate at Bob Ward's Sports & Outdoors since November 2018. As the Owner of Women of Fly Fishing, Madison has been managing this business since 2018. Previous experience includes roles as a Barista at City Brew Coffee, Server at Buffalo Wild Wings, and Host Server at Seven Sushi. Madison also held past positions as a Sales Associate and Hostess at Bob Ward's Sports & Outdoors and Buffalo Wild Wings, respectively, as well as a Cashier at Montana State University Book Store. In terms of education, Madison is pursuing a Personal Training Certification through NASM and is studying at Montana State University-Bozeman.
