Megan Bell has over 20 years of experience in various IT roles across different industries. Currently, they are a Senior Software Development Manager at Boats Group, leading multiple teams and ensuring timely delivery of products. Before that, they worked as a Software Development Manager at the same company, overseeing B2C web applications and web services. Prior to Boats Group, they held positions such as an Inspirational Speaker, Manager for R&D Tech Innovation Hub at GSK, Head of Architecture, Security, and IT Systems at Chemist Direct, Systems Analyst at Tesco.com, Senior SQL Database Administrator at Hanson UK, and Production Manager at Ecctis Ltd. Megan'sprevious roles have included responsibilities such as product management, vendor management, and technical consultation, as well as the full lifecycle development of databases and software systems.

Megan Bell completed their A-Levels in Economics, Maths, and Physics at Stanborough School from 1987 to 1995. After that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in BEng Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leeds between 1995 and 1998.
