Chris Arguez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and operations management across various retail organizations. Currently serving as Regional Sales and Operations Manager at Boathouse/Blackwell Supply Company since January 2024, Chris has previously held significant roles including Executive Team Lead Specialty Sales at Target and General Manager at Banana Republic. With a career that also includes positions at adidas, CarMax, Comcast, Converse, and Reebok, Chris has developed a strong skill set in retail management, team leadership, and sales strategy.
