Nicholas N. has a strong legal background with experience in corporate and securities law. Nicholas is currently working at Boart Longyear as the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Company Secretary. Prior to this role, they served as the Company Secretary and Global Corporate and Governance Counsel at Boart Longyear. Before joining Boart Longyear, Nicholas worked as an Associate Attorney at Dorsey & Whitney LLP and Haynes and Boone, LLP. Nicholas also participated in a Summer Associate program at Haynes and Boone, where they gained experience in corporate, healthcare, and real estate transactions. Additionally, Nicholas interned at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as part of the Honors Program Legal Intern, where they worked in the Division of Enforcement.

Nicholas N. has a Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) degree and a Law and Business Certificate from Vanderbilt University Law School. Nicholas also holds a Bachelor of Political Science (BA) degree and a Bachelor of Business Management (BS) degree from the University of Utah. Nicholas has minors in Spanish, International Studies, and Latin American Studies. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Law and Business Certificate from Vanderbilt University Law School, a Texas Bar Admission from the Supreme Court of Texas, and various leadership certificates from the University of Utah. Nicholas is also admitted to the Utah State Bar.
