Elona Mortimer-Zhika currently serves as a Board Trustee at The Hg Foundation and holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at IRIS Software Group, alongside previous roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer within the same company. In addition, Elona serves as a Non-Executive Director at Boardwave, a mentor at ICAEW's Financial Talent Executive Network (F-TEN®), and an Honorary Member at PepTalks. Previous experience includes serving as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Purplebricks Group PLC, Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Mavenir, and various leadership roles at Acision and Deloitte. Elona possesses academic credentials including an ACA from ICAEW and a BA in Accounting and Economics from the University of Reading.
