Monika Mou has a diverse professional background in customer service and management roles. Currently serving as a Community Residential Manager at Boardwalk since June 2021, Monika previously worked as an Optical Assistant at Loblaw Companies Limited from May 2019 to May 2022, and as a Sales Associate at JWR from November 2017 to July 2019, focusing on customer engagement and loyalty programs. Prior experience includes a Business Assistant role at SM Tech Solutions Inc from April 2017 to October 2017, handling scheduling and record-keeping, and a Walmart Associate position from October 2014 to April 2015, where Monika developed customer service skills and cash-handling experience. Monika holds a Business Administration Diploma in Human Resources Management from Bow Valley College (2015-2017) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from American International University-Bangladesh (2012-2014).
