Rita Felland Padfield is a licensed Broker in Florida with extensive experience in real estate and investment property ownership. Currently, Rita serves as the Broker Owner of Boardwalk Real Estate, LLC since July 2015 and the Broker Associate at Premiere Plus Realty in Naples, FL since November 2009. Rita also holds the title of Broker Associate at Boardwalk Properties, LLC, which focuses on buying, renovating, and flipping foreclosed properties. Rita earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelorā€™s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin.
