Amanda Lim Zhi Wen is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent management and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Talent Management & Employee Engagement Manager at BoardRoom Limited, Amanda has played a pivotal role in improving HR processes and initiating e-forms, while also focusing on talent development and employer branding across Malaysia and Singapore. Previously, Amanda held positions as Team Lead for Talent Acquisition at TWY Search International Group and Learning Business Partner & HR Analytics at UEM Group Berhad, showcasing expertise in recruitment, learning and development, and HR analytics. With a solid foundation in compensation and benefits management from a prior role at Korn Ferry Hay Group, Amanda also began a career in finance and accounting at Lonpac Insurance Bhd. Amanda holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University and an AHRI Certification in Human Resource from the Australian HR Institute.
