Bryan Andaya is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic consulting. As the owner of Andaya Consulting, LLC and Andaya Real Estate School since January 2022, Bryan provides businesses and organizations with support in areas such as strategic planning, change management, and professional development. In addition, Bryan serves on the Member Board of Directors for UHA Health Insurance and holds the position of Chair for the Board of Directors of the Honolulu Board of Water Supply, where responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of clean and safe drinking water to the community. Prior roles include Director at ES&A, Inc., President and Chief Operating Officer at L & L Franchise, Inc., and Chair of the Board of Directors at Goodwill Hawai, contributing to the mission of uplifting disadvantaged individuals. Bryan's educational background includes attending Waiakea High School.
