Tilly Jones has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Tilly began their career as a Work Experience Placement at the University of Sussex, where they conducted experiments and observed research departments. Tilly also worked as a Retail Assistant at W. E. Cro & Sons Jewellers, where they assisted in running the shop and managed the company's social media. Tilly then held a role as an Office Assistant at C Solutions Limited, before joining Imperial College London as a Student Ambassador and later as a Pastoral Mentor. In these roles, they cared for prospective Imperial students and organized events. Tilly's most recent experience has been at Board Intelligence, where they started as a Business Development Operations Executive. Tilly then transitioned to roles in Commercial Operations and Data & Revenue Operations, where they focused on project management, process automation, software implementation, and data analytics.
