Reena Raj is a Principal Business Analyst at BNY Mellon since April 2022, having previously served as a Systems Business Analyst at Bank of New York Mellon from February 2011 to April 2022. Reena's expertise encompasses systems and business analysis, including requirements elicitation, business requirements documents (BRDs) creation, project scoping, user story writing, and the use of Rational Applied tools and UML methodology. Additional skills include conducting JAD sessions, performing gap analysis, and developing traceability matrices and process diagrams. Reena has experience in testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user documentation, as well as knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
