Rachel Borenstein is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client service delivery, program management, and operations within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Vice President at BNY Mellon since 2014, Rachel is responsible for managing strategic programs and operations across business, IT, and operations. Prior to this, Rachel was a Program Manager at GR Solutions Corp, providing management consulting to Fortune 100 companies including Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield. Rachel held senior roles at Citigroup overseeing global audits and technology reviews, as well as implementing significant financial systems at AIG. Previous positions include leadership roles at SunGard, GRSolutions, The CIT Group, Deutsche Bank, Citibank, and JPM Chase, demonstrating a robust background in financial management and information services.
