Mihika Barua is a seasoned professional in strategic investments and fintech, currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Investments at BNY Mellon since August 2022. In this role, Mihika sources and executes principal fintech investments and leads wealth tech pipeline development for wealth management businesses. Additionally, Mihika serves as a Board Observer at Symphony since January 2024. Previous experience includes positions as a Senior Associate in M&A and Expansion Strategy at Compass, where support was provided for the US expansion into six new markets, and roles at Percolate Inc. focused on enterprise sales and content marketing. Mihika holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Political Science from Columbia University.
