Marc Oren is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in enterprise architecture and strategic consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Architecture & Data at BNY Mellon since January 2020 and as the Principal Consultant at Oren Consulting since March 2017, Marc specializes in providing strategic IT advice for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and post-merger integrations. Notably, Marc delivered a presentation on "Driving Iterative Transformation with Enterprise Architecture at Scale" at the Gartner Symposium in October 2021. Previous roles include Director of Enterprise Architecture at Bed Bath & Beyond, where management of the middleware stack and SOA discipline was key, and multiple positions at Broadridge, including Director of Enterprise Architecture. Marc holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Biology and History from the University of Michigan.
