Paweł Kos has extensive experience in the banking industry, primarily in sales management and analysis roles. Paweł started their career at Raiffeisen Polbank in 2005, where they held various positions within the analysis and sales development units. In 2008, they became the Head of Analysis Unit in the Department of Retail Banking. From there, they went on to lead different units within the Micro Enterprises and Retail Banking Business Lines. In 2010, they became the Head of Analysis and CRM Unit in the Retail Banking Area. In 2013, Paweł Kos was promoted to the Head of Strategy and Analysis Unit in the Corporate Banking Division. In 2018, they joined BNP Paribas Bank Polska as the Product Owner in the CRM Development IT Project. Later that year, they became the Head of MIS&CRM Bureau in the SME&CORP Area. Most recently, they served as the Head of Sales Management Information Bureau in the SME&CORP Area.
Paweł Kos holds a Master of Arts degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from the University of Warsaw, which they obtained from 2000 to 2005. Paweł also completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the same university from 2000 to 2004. In 2012 to 2013, they pursued post-graduate studies in Statistical Analysis and Data Mining in Business at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Recently, they obtained additional certifications in AI Business Fundamentals and SQL Fundamentals in PostgreSQL from DataCamp in 2024.
