Brooks McClary is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales performance and customer service management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Sales Performance and Global Director of the Member Success Center at BNI Global since July 2020, Brooks previously held senior leadership positions at Extended Stay America, overseeing contact center operations and vendor relationships from April 2014 to May 2020. Prior to that, Brooks worked at Xerox from July 2001 to April 2014, where responsibilities included program management and client services for major industry clients. Brooks began a career in customer care management at Aegis Communications from June 1996 to July 2001, focusing on sales and service teams. Brooks holds education credentials from the University of Southern California and Glendale Community College.
