Leandro Gugliotta Palacios has been working in the technology sector since 2005. Leandro began their career as a Freelance Web Application Developer, providing technical support to companies such as Servicios Hospitalarios M. C. G, Crea Quality Asesores, C. In 2010, they became Team Lead Manager at Grupo Bien Resuelto, where they were responsible for administering, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server 2008 and 2012, as well as designing and implementing the infrastructure with file and storage services, group policies, and application servers. In 2017, they joined MOBILE SOLUTIONS CONSULTING GROUP S.L. as a Senior Software Developer, designing and developing numerous responsive content portals using PHP, Javascript/J Query, Angular 5, Phaser, and Boostrap 3/4. Leandro also developed connections with payment gateways and teleoperators using platforms such as Net-Size and Resonance to connect to Orange, Yoigo, and Meo (Portugal) Direct Carrier Billing systems. In 2018, they began working at intelygenz as a Senior Software Development Engineer. Currently, they are employed at Bnext as a Senior Backend Developer.

Leandro Gugliotta Palacios completed their undergraduate degree in Ingeniería at UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello from 2006 to 2012. Leandro then went on to obtain a Microsoft Certified Solution Expert- Server Infrastructure (MCSE) from Instituto Tecnológico LOURTEC from 2013 to 2014.
