Javier Sobrino Hernández has held various roles in the finance and banking industries since 2010. Javier began their career as an Intern/Assistant at DFM Dos Folios y Medio. Javier then moved to MFO & Partners where they were a Fund Analyst from 2010 to 2012. From 2012 to 2022, Javier worked at BBVA in various roles, including Corporate Finance - ECM Senior Analyst, Corporate Finance - M&A Senior Analyst, Corporate & Investment Banking - TMT Coverage Analyst, and Corporate & Investment Banking - Analyst. In 2022, they began their current role as Chief of Staff at Bnext.

Javier Sobrino Hernández obtained a Licenciado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas in Finance from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid between 2007 and 2011. Javier also obtained a Business Administration and Management degree in Finance from Kingston University between 2009 and 2010.
